I love this Valentine's Day Snack Mix recipe!  It combines muddy buddies mix with super cute chocolate pretzel hearts, and red and pink M&M's.  Plus, the presentation is fun with ice cream cones.  You could of course just put the snack mix in a bowl, but the cones make a cute individual container for a Valentine's party.

To create the Muddy Buddies, add chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter to a small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir. Microwave again for 30 seconds. Stir in vanilla and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine rice and corn Chex.

Pour chocolate mixture over Chex and stir until coated.

Place half the mixture in a one-gallon bag and add ¾ cup powdered sugar. Shake to combine. Pour onto waxed paper to cool. Repeat with other half of mixture and powdered sugar.

To create the chocolate pretzel hearts, melt chocolate according to package instructions.  Dip mini pretzels in the chocolate, making sure to cover the entire pretzel.  Sprinkle pink decorating sugar on each pretzel.  Allow to cool and set completely.

To assemble the final Valentine's Day Snack Mix, fill each ice cream cone with ⅓ cup Muddy Buddy mix.
