My husband loves to eat oatmeal for breakfast. He grew up on it, so it's comfort food for him.
He loves it when I make this Strawberry Cheesecake Oatmeal recipe for him since it adds some extra flavor above and beyond his usual oats and milk. It's sweetened with maple syrup and vanilla and also contains cream cheese and milk for a rich flavor.
You can garnish your oatmeal with cinnamon, honey, and some extra cream cheese if desired.
