I love to create fun recipes for Halloween, but I don't really want to take a ton of time to create everything from scratch. This Mummy Brownies recipe is perfect, because you can use a boxed brownie mix, a can of frosting, and candy eyes. It would be great as a craft project or to serve for a Halloween party.
You just need to prepare brownie mix according to the box directions. Cool completely once baking has finished.
Cut into rectangles and carefully remove brownies from the dish and place on a flat surface covered with parchment paper.
Place white frosting into a sandwich bag and snip off a corner. Pipe frosting in a crisscross pattern across each brownie to look like a mummy.
Add two eyes onto each brownie.

- White Frosting (your favorite homemade recipe or a 16 oz. store bought tub)
- Candy eyes
