I basically love anything that's chocolate! But, you don't have to worry about eating this Guilt-Free Chocolate Mousse recipe. It uses real dark chocolate with non-fat Greek yogurt and honey to lightly sweeten the mousse for a delicious chocolate dessert recipe.

In a small saucepan on medium heat, add milk and chocolate. Stir until chocolate melts into a smooth sauce. Stir in the honey and vanilla extract.

In a medium sized bowl, add Greek yogurt and slowly pour the chocolate mixture over the top. Stir until incorporated.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to chill for 2 hours. Once chilled, serve cold. You can store the mousse in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Optional: top with whipped cream, extra Greek yogurt, chocolate shavings and/or your favorite fresh berries.

Only had Whole milk Greek yogurt, but tried anyway. Added espresso powder. First batch is in the fridge. I’m excited to taste it.
