Whenever we have a party (whether it be with invited guests or a more casual family party), we love to have a cheeseball. Everyone in my family loves crackers and any type of cheese we can either dip the crackers in or spread on the top, and this Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheeseball is delicious.
It's super easy to put together since you use bacon bits and popcorn chicken. Although, you could make it even easier and cut up pieces of a rotisserie chicken and then you don't even need to bake the chicken. It's a perfect appetizer for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Eve.
Start by adding the cream cheese, ranch mix, shredded cheese, and onion powder to a large mixing bowl. Mix by hand or with a blender until all ingredients are well combined.
Add in the bacon bits, green onions and chicken. Knead with your hands until all ingredients are well mixed. Roll the mixture into a ball. Place on a plate and chill in the fridge for about one hour.
