I think cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts, followed closely by chocolate chip cookies. I love how these Cookie Bottom No-Bake Cheesecake Bars combine both of my loves into one delicious dessert!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then, grease a 9 x 13 inch metal pan.
In a large mixing bowl mix together oil, eggs, vanilla, and water. Add the cake mix and mix together by hand until well blended.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread out the batter in the bottom of your pan and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden.
In a large mixing bowl mix together cream cheese, cool whip, and sugar. Mix with hand mixer on high until smooth. (You may need to make two batches if you have a deep pan.)
Spread evenly over the cookie bottom and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

- 1 box Extra Moist Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 ½ packages of Cream Cheese
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- ⅓ cup Sugar
Instructions
