Ingredients
- 2 Cups flour
- ¼ Cup butter, melted
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 2 Tsps baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 Cups blueberries
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup milk
- 2 Tsps vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, butter, baking powder, salt, milk, vanilla extract, eggs, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray, and pour the batter into it.
- Place the pan into the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until it has risen and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool, serve with berries and blueberry jam.
