I love both bacon and pickles! Which makes this Bacon Wrapped Fried Pickles recipe so delicious! Basically, you wrap a pickle in bacon, add a crumb coating, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes for a delicious bacon and pickle combination with some extra crunch. It's perfect for your next tailgate or as a party appetizer.
Preheat the over to 425 degrees. In a large bowl and add the bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.
Wrap each pickle spear with one slice of bacon, tightly.
In a small bowl whisk together the eggs and milk. Coat the pickle and bacon in the milk and egg mixture.
Take the pickle and bacon and dip directly from the milk and egg mixture into the bread crumbs and coat them well. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown or the bacon is crispy

- 1 Jar of Dill Pickles (Spears)
- 1 Package of Bacon
- 2 cups of Bread Crumbs
- 1 tablespoon of Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder

- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Ranch (for dipping)
