I love to drink fruit smoothies, and strawberry ones are my absolute favorite! I love that this recipe adds plain yogurt so that the cream portion is really quite nutritious (and delicious).
This recipe uses fresh strawberries, but I also have another strawberry smoothie recipe that I love that uses frozen strawberries (and juice instead of sugar), so take your pick for strawberry smoothie deliciousness!
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup Strawberries
- Cut strawberries in half.
- Place yogurt and sugar in the blender.
- Add in strawberries.
- Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Top with cool whip.
- Makes 2 8oz glasses.
