We are SO busy that it's difficult to plan meals around our activities. I pretty much need meals to be ready the second we walk in the door after practice so that we can get the boys off to bed. That's why I love slow cooker recipes like this Green Beans, Potatoes & Sausage dish. It's easy to put together and is ready when you are.
Wash and cut potatoes into small cubes. I don't usually peel the potatoes; however you can if you prefer.
Cut smoked sausage into bite size pieces. Wash and cut up fresh green beans.
Toss the potatoes, sausages and green beans into the crockpot.
Pour in a cup to a cup and a half of chicken stock and season to taste with the seasoned salt. Cook on low for 8-10 hours

Yes, thanks! I've fixed it. It should say a cup to a cup and a half of broth.
