Summers are so hot in Texas! We love to cool down and have a little fun with creative cold treats like these Raspberry Lemonade Yogurt Pops. They are super delicious, and you can substitute just about any fruit for the raspberries.
If you have a Zoku Quick Pop Maker, you can use it to create your pops super quick and easy, but these work just as fine the old-fashioned way by pouring the mixture into a popsicle mold (or even a paper cup) and freezing.
Roughly cut raspberries in half. Combine yogurt, milk, juice and sugar. Mix well. Fold in raspberries.
If mixture seems too thick to pour add a little milk.
If you are using a Zoku Quick Pop Maker:
Place the stick in position. Pour mixture in maker up to fill line. Wait 10 minutes or until frozen. Use the tool to remove pop and place in freezer.
If you are not using a Zoku (which works just as well):
Pour mixture in popsicle molds or small paper cups. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes or until mixture begins to firm. Insert sticks and return to freezer for several hours. Use hot water on the outside to release from molds.
