It seems like we have a never-ending pile of laundry and dishes in our house that need to be washed. Between school, sports, and extra curricular activities, it can be difficult to find time to fit laundry and dishes into the routine. Unfortunately, it's a necessity! For some reason my family wants to wear clean clothes and eat with clean dishes :-).
One way that I like to save time on those chores is by using Tide Pods and Cascade Complete Action Pacs since they just take seconds to use. I also use Downy Unstopables with my towels and sheets because I love the way they make them smell...with no extra steps needed!
Plus, I can save even more time by buying P&G products in bulk from Costco and still get a great price! For example, these Tide Pods are $29.99 for 152 Pods, making them $0.197 per Pod without any coupons. I've paid about $0.21 per Pod at other stores with a sale a coupon! And Costco often does have additional instant discounts on P&G products making the per Pod price even lower.
We have a front-loading washing machine, so all I need to do is place a Tide Pod in the drum of my washer (as well as Downy Unstopables). I just add my laundry and fabric softener, and I'm good to start the wash cycle. No need to measure out a liquid. The 3-in-1 Tide Pods are made from 90% cleaning ingredients vs. 15% with the leading bargain brand, base variant, to clean, color protect, and whiten your clothes and they work in any temperature wash. Like all detergents, keep out of reach of children.
Downy Unstopables are amazing. I love how they make my sheets and towels smell so fresh. Scent boosting technology infuses the Unstopables beads with 9 times more scent than liquids, and it can last for up to 12 weeks out of storage. They're easy to add to the bottom of the drum and they also work in any temperature wash.
Not only do I save time by simply placing Cascade Action Pacs directly into the detergent dispenser on my dishwasher, but I also save time because there is no pre-washing needed. We can simply load our dishes into the dishwasher, and the Cascade Action Pacs power off food that's been stuck on for 48 hours.
What about you? How do you save time with your laundry and washing dishes?
