We love to eat pizza in my family. And one of our favorite places to order pizza is Papa Murphy’s. I can pick up a Take and Bake pizza when I’m out running errands or picking my kids up from school, and I can bake it whenever we’re ready for dinner. I love that I bake it myself, since it means my pizza is fresh and hot and I don’t have to fight rush hour traffic!
Since they create our pizza while we wait, we can customize our pizza exactly to how we want it. Don’t like all the included ingredients? Ask them to leave that ingredient off your pizza. Have half your family that likes one pizza and half that likes another? Order a half and half pizza.
Besides pizza, I also love to save money on dinner, so we use these tricks to save money on Papa Murphy’s pizza:
Mondays are BOGO Mondays where you can get a FREE large cheese or pepperoni pizza when you buy a large or family size pizza. I love to save 50% off my dinner. Plus, you can cook your pizza up to 24 hours after you pick it up, so you can pick up your pizza on Monday for Monday or Tuesday dinner.
Tuesdays are $10 Tuesdays. Each Tuesday, we can order any large menu pizza (including stuffed pizza and the Gourmet Delite) or any pizza with up to 5 toppings. If you need more pizza, you can upsize it to a family size for only $3 more (which is what we typically do). We took advantage of $10 Tuesday last week to get the Herb Chicken Mediterranean thin crust pizza and a pepperoni pizza.
Fridays you can get an XLNY Pizza for only $7. You can choose between Giant Pepperoni, Giant Pepperoni and Sausage, and 3 Cheese.
E-mail or Text Club
Rather than have to remember Papa Murphy’s current specials, you can sign up for their e-mail or text club, and you’ll get e-mails or texts with all their latest specials to help you save money. I frequently get coupons to order online for 25% off a $20 order.
Be sure to keep an eye out when you’re flipping through ad magazines you receive, since there are often coupons good at Papa Murphy’s. I love to use these on nights when there’s not a great special (like $10 Tuesdays).
I pay attention to the signs as I walk into my store since I usually discover additional specials that I didn’t know about. They usually have signs on the outside windows and another sign by the ordering line. The inside sign is my favorite, since it usually has specials on sides like salad and dessert or meal deals.
Papa Murphy’s Website
Visit the Papa Murphy’s website and click Deals to find the current available deals. The deals do vary by location, so you’ll want to find your closest Papa Murphy’s store to see what’s available there.
You can order a large Faves Pizza from Papa Murphy’s for only $6 at regular price (and sometimes for only $5 when they’re on special!). They come in pepperoni, cheese, or sausage and typically have less toppings and cheese than their regular pizzas. Great for if you have a large quantity of people to feed!
Use Your Loyalty Card
Since each Papa Murphy’s is a franchise, each location has different policies. But, my local Papa Murphy’s has a loyalty card that I get stamped each time we visit. When I purchase a 12 pizzas, I get a free large 1-topping pizza. Pizza just tastes yummier when it’s free!
How about you? How do you save money on Papa Murphy’s pizza?
