We love to eat ice cream as a treat during the summer! When it's 100+ degrees outside, ice cream (like this No Churn Chocolate Chocolate Chip Ice Cream recipe) is so yummy and a great way to cool down.
To make this recipe, you don't need to have an ice cream maker, since there's no churning needed. It's super simple to mix the ingredients, whip the heavy whipping cream, and then put it in the freezer for about 6 hours.
Add cocoa powder to sweetened condensed milk and stir until dissolved.
In a large bowl, whisk heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Fold in condensed milk mixture until blended.
Spread ⅓ of this mixture into a loaf pan then sprinkle with ⅓ cup chocolate chips. Repeat this for two more layers. Cover with foil and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
