These Easter Bunny Cut-Out Cookies are so cute that you're friends and family will think you hired a professional to create them.
Made with white cake mix, the cookies are moist and delicious and have a nice mix of cookie and frosting with every bite! Perfect for your Easter celebration or as a spring dessert.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs and flour. Then, roll the dough into 2" balls and place 2"-3" a part on a baking sheet. You will want to try and make an even number of cookies - tops and bottoms.
Bake for about 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
To make the frosting, combine the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, melted butter and milk. Add in a few drops of pink food coloring and stir to mix.
Use the mini bunny cookie cutter to cut out a cookie.
Generously frost a second cookie, and place the cut out cookie on top of the frosted cookie. Repeat with all cookies.
