I have a Ninja Foodi that I bought during the last Amazon Prime Day, and I love it! I have had so much fun making different recipes for my family in it, since it functions as both a pressure cooker and an air fryer.
One fun recipe that I made is this homemade Pepperoni Pizza Air Pocket recipe that I cook in the air fryer.
It's easy to make with puff pastry, and the recipe can be altered to add pretty much anything to the inside of your Pocket. You can add cooked sausage, veggies, and much more.
Slice puff pastry into three strips.
Coat with pizza sauce.
Sprinkle cheese over the pizza sauce.
Add the pepperoni.
Fold in half & seal together using a fork.
Place in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
