I love to make fun treats for Halloween, but I don't have tons of time to spend making super crazy things. That's why I love these Crazy Eye Cookies, because not only are they super cute for a Halloween party or treat, but they're also easy to create with just Oreos, M&M's and icing needed to create them.
If you don't feel like making homemade Royal Icing for these cookies, you can simply buy Wilton Gel Tubes of icing for the eyes.
