The goal of this CVS challenge is to come up with up to 3 scenarios where the total spent out of pocket is $5, while still growing your ECB’s. I’m going to assume that you start out with zero ECB’s to start with, or it makes it too difficult for others to follow. If you do have ECB’s to start, you can reduce your OOP to almost zero.
For more information on the abbreviations used in this post, please see my Coupons 101 article. For more information about shopping at CVS, visit my CVS 101 article. For additional scenarios, please visit Keeping the Kingdom First, Deal Seeking Mom or Money Saving Mom.

I bought Rimmel makeup, too. I was able to use a BOGO coupon, $2 off mascara, and $1 off any Rimmel product – was that a fluke?

Did you buy 3 of them? I think as long as you have 3 items, it would probably let you use 3 coupons. Great deal!
