Day 13: Make Holiday Travel Plans
If it's a holiday tradition to go visit the same family member each Christmas or you have the same guests every year, then today is a no-brainer. However, some of you may need to decide where exactly you're going to be for the holiday or who is coming over to visit.
If you're traveling, now is a good time to nail down your travel dates, decide if you're driving or flying, and making any reservations you may need for your trip. If you have guests coming to visit, you need to decide if there are any house projects to complete before you have guests or any purchases to be made to prepare for your visitors.
Our Holiday Travel Plans:
In the past, we've traded off spending Christmas with my parents and in-laws. This year, we are not planning on making the long trip back to Michigan, but we did invite my parents to spend the holidays with us. We're excited that they're coming, and thankfully we don't have much to do to prepare for them now since they were just here visiting with us last week so we got the guest room in order then.
