Winter Blizzard Cookies Recipe
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3½ cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1½ cups White Chocolate Chips
  • Wilton Chocolate Melts, light blue
  • Blue Sugar
  • Blue and White Jimmies/Sprinkles
  • Snowflake Sprinkles
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese.
  3. Add both sugars and beat well.
  4. Then add the egg and vanilla and blend well.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Add this mixture to the butter mixture and mix well.
  7. Stir in the chocolate chips and all the jimmies/sprinkles.
  8. Roll into balls about 1 ½ inches round and place onto a baking sheet.
  9. Dip a glass into a little sugar and press each cookie down a little.
  10. Sprinkle on the blue sugar.
  11. Bake for 8-10 minutes and remove and cool cookies.
  12. Melt the blue chocolate per package directions and drizzle a little over each cookie and let it dry.
