Make your own sushi with this Deconstructed Sushi recipe. It's sushi in a bowl with crab sticks, rice, and all the usual sushi extras.
Ingredients
- ½ Cup cooked rice
- ½ Cup Mango chunks
- ½ Package crab sticks
- ½ Avocado
- 2 Carrots cut into batons
- ½ Cup chopped cucumbers
- 2 Tsps black sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil in a pan, add garlic and crab sticks.
- Crumble with a fork.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Cut the avocado in half.
- Serve in a bowl with the rice, carrots, cucumber, sesame seeds, and crabs.
- Garnish the rice with black sesame seeds.
- Enjoy.
