Take a moment to relax. It’s going to be okay. There are some hacks you can use to make cleaning your home easier. Let’s look at some housecleaning hacks.
Remove Pet Stains with Vinegar and Baking Soda
Urine stains aren’t fun. Not only do they stain, but they also smell. If you have a puppy, these stains are going to happen until he’s housebroken.
Thankfully, you don’t have to spend a lot of money on expensive cleaners. All you need is baking soda and vinegar.
The first step is to dry up as much of the urine as you can with an absorbent paper towel. Next, sprinkle baking soda on the area and allow it to set for 10 to 15 minutes. Vacuum up the baking soda and then create a paste using vinegar and baking soda.
Scrub the paste into the carpet until the stain is fully removed. Allow to dry and then vacuum up the baking soda. Not only will the stain be gone, but the vinegar and baking soda will also have removed any odor.

Deodorize Smelly Drains
Not only can drains begin to stink, but they can also become an area where gnats like to hang out. If you have a smell you can’t find and gnats taking over your home, chances are the drains are to blame.
Remove everything from the sink and pour baking soda down your drain. Next pour in white vinegar. This will create a bubbling action.
Leave the area alone and don’t run water down the drain for several hours (preferably overnight). This bubbling action will smother the gnats and remove any odor as well as greasy residue.
