Ingredients
- 10 Bread slices
- ¾ Cup cream cheese
- ¾ Cup cheddar cheese
- 5 Eggs
- 2 Tbsps parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease a muffin tray.
- Cut the bread slices into circles and place in the muffin tray.
- Divide the cream cheese into 10 parts and place on top of the bread slices in the muffin tray.
