Pinecone Research Panel is one of my favorite survey sites since I qualify for every survey that they send me, and they pay $3 per survey via Paypal several days after I complete the survey.  They are rarely accepting new applicants, but registration is now open.  You may only sign up one person per household.

I have compiled a list of survey companies that I personally use.  You should NEVER pay to join a survey company.

I thought that I would keep track of the surveys that I’ve done this month to help you get an idea of what to expect when you join a survey company.

I was VERY busy this month with my blog, so I did not do many surveys at all…but here’s what I did do. You can still earn money, even when you spend very little time doing them.

I have been a member of each of the companies listed for at least 6 months, and I only join survey companies where I earn money or points that can convert to money or gift cards. I don’t feel like it’s worth my time just to get an entry in a drawing.

For the surveys attempted, but not qualified for, it usually only took a minute or so to find out I was not qualified. As you can see, I get more surveys from some companies than others.

• Paid in Amazon gift cards (or $20 prepaid Visa) when you reach $20 balance

My Survey – $0.85 (or 85 points)

• 6 surveys attempted – the nice thing is you get 10 points for every attempted survey
• Qualified for 0
• Paid in points – 1000 points = $10 – can cash out when you reach 1000 point balance

HCD Surveys - $0.50 – these are usually pretty fun surveys to do…and not too long

• Qualified for 1
• Paid $ by check once you reach the 1000 point ($10) threshhold

My Points – $0.29 from surveys alone…I earned more points from clicking through on e-mails
