Berries Salad with Yogurt Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
Salad
- 5 Eggs
- ½ Red cabbage, grated
- 1 Cup strawberries, halved
- 1 Big butter lettuce head
Dressing
- ½ Cup Greek yogurt
- ½ Cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon chives
Instructions
For the dressing
- In the glass of a blender add all the ingredients and pulse until everything is creamy, smooth and well incorporated. Set aside.
For the salad
- In a saucepan over medium heat bring water to a boil, gently place the eggs and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain the water and let them cool. Peel them and cut them in quarters. Set aside.
- Chop the butter lettuce and add it to a bowl, add the strawberries and the red cabbage. Mix well. Top with the eggs and drizzle with dressing.
- Serve and enjoy.
