Free Kids Activities This Weekend – 4/28/12

There are several free kids activities this weekend:

• Lowe’s Build & Grow Clinic: on Saturday (4/28), from 10 – 11 am, visit Lowe’s to build a free Terrarium. The workshops are geared for children from about 1st-5th grade, and parents need to remain with their child. The first 50 kids to sign up get a kit, work apron, and safety goggles for free. You should register for the workshop to ensure you will receive a kit.

• Lakeshore Learning Store: on Saturday (4/28), from 11 am – 3 pm, visit Lakeshore Learning Center to create a free Fancy Feathered Bird.

• AC Moore: visit Saturday (4/28) between 1 and 3 pm for a Wilton Decorating Basics Demonstration.

• Archiver’s: visit Archiver’s between 4/30 and 5/6 to celebrate National Scrapbooking Day with a FREE Idea Guide, deals each day, and prizes.

• Lego Store: visit your local LEGO store on 5/1 from 5 pm until supplies last for a free mini model build. This month your child aged 6 to 14 can build a free LEGO Tulip.

• National Parks: Visit your local national park this weekend (through 4/29) for FREE during National Parks Week.

• Target: Check for FREE museum events in a city near you

• Walmart:  there are several in-store events this weekend. Check your local store for hours and participation
