
There are several free kids activities this weekend:
- Home Depot: on Saturday (3/3) from 9 am to noon, visit your local Home Depot to build a #20 Race Car. In addition to the newly constructed project kit, each child receives a kid-sized orange apron, similar to The Home Depot associates’ aprons, and an achievement pin.
- Lakeshore Learning Store: on Saturday (3/3), from 11 am – 3 pm, visit Lakeshore Learning Center to create a free Designer Mirror.
- Michaels: visit Michaels on Friday (3/2) between 4 pm and 6 pm for 2 Dr. Seuss Read Across America Make-It Take-Its – a FREE bookmark or a Dr. Seuss Pencil Cup Holder (with purchase of a foam can hug)
- Disney Store: visit the Disney Store on Saturday (3/3) for Platypus Day and get a free top-secret gift (while supplies last).
- Lego Store: visit your local LEGO store on 3/6 from 5 pm until supplies last for a free mini model build. This month your child aged 6 to 14 can build a free LEGO Garden.
- Pottery Barn: visit either Friday through Sunday (3/2-3/4) at 3 pm for a Read Across America Day and Dr. Seuss Celebration. Come out and celebrate 75 years of Dr. Seuss classic stories with story times and activities in honor of Dr. Seuss.
- Bank of America: Museums on Us: This weekend (3/3-4/12), each Bank of America cardholder gets free admission to over 100 museums nationwide.
- Target: Check for FREE museum events in a city near you
- Walmart: there are several in-store events this weekend. Check your local store for hours and participation
