Click here for the current week’s prescription coupons (if it’s no longer the week of 8/15).

There are possibly (3) prescription coupons in this week’s paper (8/15), and there are (2) printable coupons available.

- Rite Aid - $25 Rite Aid Gift Card (GC) with any transferred prescription purchase – expires 8/28/10.  It’s in the Rite Aid ad.  If you didn’t get the paper, you can pick up a copy if you’re at Rite Aid this week (or you can use this printable coupon – expires 8/31).

- Target - $10 Target Gift Card (GC) with any NEW or transferred prescription purchase – expires 8/30/10.  It’s in the Target ad.  If you didn’t get the paper, you can pick up a copy if you’re at Target this week.

- Kmart -up to $25 Kmart GC with any transferred prescription purchase with this printable coupon.

- Kroger – $25 in Kroger Groceries with any NEW or transferred prescription purchase – expires 9/12/10.  I’ve heard that it was in a Kroger ad, but I have not seen this week’s Kroger ad yet.  I’ll confirm on Monday when I receive my ad in the mail.

Prior Prescription Coupons that are still valid:

  • Rite Aid - $25 Rite Aid Gift Card (GC) with any transferred prescription purchase with this printable coupon – expires 8/31.
  • Kmart – up to $10 Kmart GC with any NEW prescription purchase from the 7/25 insert – expires 8/21/10 (or use this this printable coupon for up to $25 Kmart GC with any transferred prescription purchase – expires 9/25/10).

Where do you get the ads from? I have never seen extra ads available at Target.

I haven’t actually been to Target in awhile, but I thought they had ads available at the front of the store…or do they just have the ad displayed at the front? If they don’t have the ad, you could ask friends or neighbors who get the paper if you could have their Target ad (if they get the paper).

I just called my local (Atlanta suburbs) kroger to ask if they had that coupon in their weekly ad after not being able to get it to load online and it was explain to me that it is NOT for NEW prescriptions, only TRANSFERRED. They also said that you didn’t need a coupon, you just ask for it when you’re filling it at the pharmacy and they will add 25$ to your Kroger Plus card, and then you have the option to pay using that at the checkout.
