When you sign up for MPerks (Meijer‘s new digital coupon program), you can clip a digital coupon for $5 off a $5 purchase (valid through 8/28).
Here’s how it works:
- Register for mPerks using your text-enabled phone number.
- You will receive a text message to confirm your account
- Once you have your account set up, you can “clip” coupons
- Redeem your coupons at checkout by selecting the mPerks button on the credit card reader (at a staffed lane) or directly on the screen (at a self checkout) and entering your mPerks number (cell phone number).
The mPerks digital coupons will be refreshed weekly on Mondays.

I just wanted to congratulate you. This is all over every blog, but they all have links to the wrong place. Yours is the only one that I’ve found that has taken you to the Mperks specific signup.

I tried to get my $5.00 of my $5.00 purchase and it’s not showing at the cashiers checkout. What do I do to reedem it??? I don’t see it on the clip coupon page either. So How do I clip it???
The $5/$5 coupon was available last August 2010. It’s no longer available to clip.
