Is the 4 oz for $4 with $4 EB deal today the 16th through Saturday the 17th, or does it start on the 18th?

I don’t see it in this week or next week’s ad, and another source shows that the price is actually $4.99, so I’m thinking that is the regular price. The SCR is valid all month long (though 7/24).
