There are several free kids activities this weekend:
- Lowe’s Build & Grow Clinic: on Saturday (4/17), from 10 – 11 am, visit Lowe’s to build a free See It Grow Planter. The workshops are geared for children from about 1st-5th grade, and parents need to remain with their child. The first 50 kids to sign up get a kit, work apron, and safety goggles for free. You should register for the workshop to ensure you will receive a kit.
- Lakeshore Learning Store: on Saturday (4/17), from 11 am – 3 pm, visit Lakeshore Learning Center to create a free Earth Day Bag.
- Toys R Us: visit Toys R Us on Saturday (4/17), between 11 am and 1 pm for a Thomas Play Date with storytime, coloring fun, Thomas trivia, special offers, and free gifts. Thomas Play Date event activities are intended for children ages 3 and up. Parental supervision required at all times. Free gifts and all event activities are available while supplies last and are distributed to participating children only. Quantities limited; no rain checks.
