The Barnes & Noble Summer Reading program is back again this summer. When your child reads 8 books this summer, s/he can choose a FREE book from the list on the Passport. The program is aimed at 1st through 6th grades. Here are the details:
- Read any eight books this summer and record them in this Passport. Be sure to document the location you visit in each book.
- Bring your completed Passport to a Barnes & Noble store between May 25 and September 7, 2010.
- Choose your FREE reading adventure from the book list featured on the back of your Passport. Your name will be automatically entered in the autographed book sweepstakes.

I don’t recall ever being able to get my oldest daughter interested in things like this even though she loves to read. I wonder if my younger children will take on these challenges.
