Subway is one of my family’s favorite fast-food places to eat. They’re quick and easy to purchase, we can eat them at home (which with 2 young boys is a big plus), and they have several healthy options. We also save money by purchasing $5.00 footlongs and splitting them among my family.
Right now, Subway is offering any regular footlong sub for only $5.00 (in addition to subs normally included on the $5 footlong menu). Plus, you can choose from several nutritious sides to make a meal or have as a snack.

My favorite is the Oven roasted chicken breast, on Honey-oat bread, Cheddar cheese, Toasted, with lettuce, cucumbers, evoo and vinegar salt and pepper.
They used to have carrots as an Option but not anymore.
I’m also now found of the turkey, ham and Cheese, same way as above.
My favorite is chicken with terry sauce but we love them all, if I am dieting than turkey and cheese is good!

We love the Italian sub that has pepperoni on it. We often stop here as a frugal family meal and split footlongs.
