I would also like to use this opportunity to thank our veterans for the sacrifices that they have made each and every day that they were in the service. They were willing to sacrifice their lives for my freedom and many of them did lose their lives. I also thank the families of the veterans for the many sacrifices that they also had to make while their loved ones were serving our country.
