Mailbox Monday – Freebies 11/2

by Corrie @ "Cents"able Momma on November 2, 2009

OK…somewhere, somehow I must have signed up for a baby freebie to test the sign up process for my site.  I received 2 full-size samples of Similac this week along with congratulations for my new baby…which I don’t have nor is one on the way :-) .  I’m sure that I’ll be able to bless someone who receives it from our church’s food closet.

However, if you are expecting, it’s a good idea to sign up for all the baby freebies you can, so you’ll receive samples and coupons.  You may be breastfeeding, but I kept my formula samples to mix with cereal when my boys started solids.  The coupon for free Herbal Essence and the Garnier Fructis samples are also no longer available.

I also received a Paypal payment of $12.01 from Mr. Rebates, $3.00 from Pinecone Research (there are still openings), and  $0.64 from YouData.

Freebies that are STILL available:

Freebies you can sign up for this week:

Free Magazines

I got the same formula samples a few months ago as well and I have no idea where they came from! I saved them to make sure that breastfeeding would be successful with my new baby but am now going to donate them as well. Interesting…

Jamie…since you had a baby a couple of months ago, the baby companies somehow get your information that you’re having a baby and start sending samples and coupons. I think it’s great…it saved me a lot of money with all the baby food coupons that I got. I even got coupons for the Children’s Orchard (a children’s clothing resale shop)

However, my “baby” is 3! So, I’m long past the need for baby products :-) .

My HUSBAND received that same those Similac samples out of the blue…It said inside, “Congratulations on being a new MOM!” :)
