The world has never seen anything quite like this.  A unique combination of class-leading standard horsepower, fuel efficiency and advanced standard features.  The Kia Forte Koup.  The first of its kind.

Update: This giveaway is closed.  Find out who won this giveaway here.

Back when my 6 year old was born, my husband and I wanted to purchase a new family vehicle.  We ended up purchasing a Kia Sedona, since it was a good value and it had a great warranty.

Now, Kia has released a fun, new, sporty car for 2010 called the Kia Forte Koup.  It is the:

  • Only coupe in its class to offer MP3/USB port standard on all trim levels
  • Only coupe in its class to offer Bluetooth connectivity standard on all trim levels

I wish my Sedona had an MP3 port.  I currently use an FM transmitter to listen to my iPod, and I keep having to adjust the station as I drive around town :-) .

Some of the other features that I think are great (besides the MP3 port and the great styling) include:

  • Fuel Efficiency Monitor for the automatic transmission package – I would love to be able to see how various changes that I make to my driving affect the fuel efficiency (like slowing down, slow starts, etc).
  • Full-length side-curtain airbags
  • 10 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty, as well as a 5 year/60,000 mile limited basic warranty.

Giveaway

Kia wants to help one of my readers “ready for their ride in a Koup” by providing a $25 iTunes gift card and a $25 Best Buy gift card.  This contest is open to U.S. residents only.

To Enter the Giveaway:

  • Check out the new Kia Forte and leave a comment telling me your favorite feature about the car

Bonus Entries:

  • Add my button to your blog or add my blog to your blogroll (or if you already have it) - leave a comment letting me know

We both drive KIA’s and Looooove them! I have an Optima and hubby a Sportage. We came tis close to buying the Forte (but the trade they offered wasn’t what we were willing to live with). I will tell you the Forte drives like a dream!

Is it bad that my favorite feature is the way it looks? lol. Nah, I love the fuel efficiency monitor. I currently work it out on paper when I have the time and it would be pretty awesome for it to be right there all the time =)
