Last night my family and I were able to see Disney on Ice: 100 Years of Magic.  It was a great show…it included most of the characters that I’m familiar with…including some of my boys’ favorites like Buzz Lightyear and Woody from Toy Story and the Incredibles.

The set, costumes, music, and skating were all amazing.  I used to love to watch ice skating with my mom, and I was impressed with the quality of skating, especially on the pair from the Lion King.  There was a little something for everyone…Disney princesses for the girls, Toy Story and the Incredibles for the boys, and even the classic Disney characters like Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy.  Plus, even my husband liked it :-) .

My pictures didn’t turn out that great, but I did manage to get a few pictures of some of my boys favorite parts.

If you live in the metro Detroit area, there are still several shows left at the Palace in Auburn Hills.

* Thursday, October 1 at 7:30 pm
* Friday, October 2 at 11:00 am, 3:30 pm, 7:30 pm
* Saturday, October 3 at 11:30 am, 3:30 pm, 7:30 pm

It was also really fun to meet a couple of other local bloggers (Kristie and Jolyn) at the show, too!  They have great blogs with some additional Disney on Ice pictures.
