Helping you be "able" to save your "cents"
Kristin @ Couponing to Disney e-mailed me to let me know that her Target in Birmingham, AL is giving a 5 cent credit for using your own reusable cloth bags (regardless of the store brand on the bag). I have not tested it at my local Target, but bring in your own bags and ask for the policy at your own Target.

Two of the Sacramento area Targets (the only ones I go to) do this as well.

My Target started doing this as of this past Monday (Bismarck, ND). It almost makes me want to shop there regularly
