To find out more about the importance of having a meal plan, click here. I have a class each night Monday – Thursday, so dinners are a bit more challenging this week, since I have to have dinner on the table promptly at 5 and leave about 5:30.
Monday – Subs
Tuesday – Frito Pie
Wednesday – Grilled cheese and soup
Thursday – Homemade Spaghetti
Friday – Hamburgers/hot dogs, homemade oven-baked fries, and baked beans
Saturday – Pizza
Sunday – Leftover pizza

It really is a great idea to menu plan. And not only that, but you should do it before shopping. I messed up and ended up overspending my grocery budget by $15 this week. And it was much harder to come up with a meal plan after I "winged it" at the store.
Lesson learned!
