Where do I submit a form to get the magazine? I signed up and still don't see it.

You will need to sign in (or sign up) for a Start Sampling account. Once you've done that, when you click on the Oprah magazine, there will be a button that says something like "Sign Up". Click that, and it will confirm your address. Hope that helps!
