740123 92332492 Monthly Earnings MayEach month, I plan on highlighting the way that my family is earning a little extra money on the side in the hopes that it will help you earn some too. I have put earnings from my blog in bold so fellow bloggers can take a look at these sites. You can check out my prior month earnings here.

I am amazed at my earnings this month. I received checks from some companies that I’ve NEVER gotten a payout from before (like Google Adsense, Ebates, MySavings Media, etc.), so the checks reflect 9 months of blogging. I’m sure it will be down a lot next month. We also held a garage sale to sell most of our baby stuff, plus I sold our crib on Craigslist. I will contribute those earnings to my boys’ college funds.

I thought now would be a good time to address my disclosure policy. It’s listed on my About page.

Although I do make some money on my blog, I only choose deals that I am willing to join myself and that I think are beneficial to my readers. Since my goal is to help my readers save money, I also will direct my readers to the various cash-back programs so that they can earn the cash-back for themselves rather than me as an affiliate. Amazon does not offer cash-back, so I use my affiliate link. Please e-mail me or leave a comment if you have any questions.
