It’s a busy week…my parents are visiting us for the week, and we’re celebrating our 9th anniversary.
Monday – Dutch Pea Soup – for us…my parents won’t be here yet
Tuesday – Pizza
Wednesday – Dutch Pea Soup for my parents – out to eat for anniversary
Thursday – Homemade Spaghetti
Friday – Hot Dogs/Hamburgers and fries
Saturday – Pizza
Sunday – Bacon-wrapped Sirloin Steaks (from Costco), baked potatoes, and corn
Monday – Chicken Fajitas
Chicken Fajita Marinade
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin
Mix up marinade and either add the chicken and marinade to a plastic bag or a container, making sure to coat both sides of the chicken. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
