Tin Foil Dinners

Smoked Sausage
Any other kind of meat desired
Carrots
Potatoes
Green Peppers
Onions
Any other vegetables desired
Mrs. Dash’s

We cut up smoked sausage and our vegetables, and lay them on aluminum foil. Then we add some Mrs. Dash’s seasoning to the top. You could add any other kind of meat you want (like chicken or beef, but we like to keep ours easy), but you still want to include at least a couple of pieces of sausage to keep some grease for cooking. We wrap them up (make sure they’re tight so they don’t leak) and then put them on the grill for about 30 minutes (until thoroughly cooked). I’m sure you could also cook these in the oven, too, if you wanted.

We do tin foil suppers when we are camping. It tastes even better over the campfire!!!

A – we first got the idea for tin foil dinners while camping. Then, we thought that we could enjoy the dinner on the grill too, when we’re not camping!
