Each week, I like to highlight any prescription drug coupons that are in the Sunday paper. I use these coupons to earn GC’s for stores and lower my OOP cost for prescription drugs. My prescription coverage is fairly good, although for nonformulary brand name drug, the cost can get steep ($40 OOP for a 30 day supply).
But not everyone has prescription drug coverage. Here’s a program that will help you get discounts on prescription drugs whether you have insurance or not. My in-laws used to purchase a prescription drug discount card each year to save money on drugs, but this one is free.
Even if you do have insurance, you can sign up for the card and see if the discount is better than your copay.

The discount cards can help save at the pharmacies.
