If you live near a Kroger (or Kroger affiliate) that doubles coupons, you’re in luck! There’s another $0.50/1 4-pack or larger Cottonelle coupon at CoolSavings. If you’ve never signed up, you need to register. Then click on Grocery Coupons (in the left-side column), All Grocery Coupons, and then choose the printable coupons tab. The Cottonelle coupon is listed there.
