I’m sorry you had such a bad experience at Walgreens. I live in MI, too, so that’s not why it didn’t print out. Here’s a link to some FAQ’s about the Catalina’s at Hot Coupon World.

Basically, the RR’s should print out if your total is reached before manufacturer’s coupons. You can go back to the store and ask them to fill out a form for you (the last FAQ). When I did that the last time, I had my items with me, and they just rescanned them for me, and gave me the RR.

Thanks for sharing your experiences! I am trying to learn how to use the RRs and coupons more efficiently, but when I tried to buy the vitamins (similar transaction to yours – spent $21 before coupons) and the total with MF coupons went under $20 so my RR didn’t print Also, the cashier wouldn’t let me use my Garnier MF coupon?! I live in MI, maybe stores are different here? I’m scared to try shopping there again with coupons and RRs again!
