I received a coupon in the snail mail from CVS today for $5 off $25 on specific brands (that match the J&J list pretty closely).
So, combining that coupons with manufacturer’s coupons, my best scenario is:

Buy: (2) Children’s Tylenol or Motrin Liquid 4 oz. or Infant drops 0.5 oz. 2/$11
Buy: Neosporin $5
Use: B1G1 Stayfree QP from 1/4 RP
Use: $2.50/2 Tylenol or Motrin QP from 1/4 RP
Use: $5/$25 CVS QP mentioned above
