The goal of this CVS challenge is to come up with up to 3 scenarios where the total spent out of pocket is $5, while still growing your ECB’s. I’m going to assume that you start out with zero ECB’s to start with, or it makes it too difficult for others to follow. For more information on the abbreviations used in this post, please see my Coupons 101 article.

The CVS deals were not too good looking to me this week so I only got the Pantene (love that stuff) and a razor.
Just thought I’d add that Blistex lip balm (we need lots of that this time of year) is on sale for $1. Use the $1/2 cpn and get 2 for $.50 each
Thanks for the Walgreen tip, too. I was disappointed that CVS is still at 50%.

Thanks, Julie for the tip on the Blistex. I go through it like crazy during the winter.
I’ve been reading about the savings at CVS. I got my CVS card but that’s about as far as I’ve got. Your posts about the CVS deals are helping me learn about the big savings at CVS.
Thanks and keep up the good work.
