Does it not overwhelm your in or spam box??
I would say that I get about 5-10 e-mails per day, and I just click through to the site and just check to make sure that I don’t have to click again to get credit. Then I delete the e-mail.
If you don’t want those e-mails coming to your personal e-mail box, you could set up an e-mail just for this and/or freebie sign ups and check it a couple of times a week.
It’s not for everyone, but I don’t mind clicking through to make a little extra money.
