I like to make several kinds of cookies each holiday season. My favorite are spritz cookies (I bought myself a decent cookie press last year and just love it), and I'm still looking for the perfect, easy rolled sugar cookie recipe. I have never been able to match my mother's, and even she has no idea what happened to that recipe! I’ve never done a cookie exchange, but it sure looks like fun.
